I was one of those people who sat with hands clenched and felt like im about to be sick when I went to the dentist. After seeing Dr Doshi a few times I felt at ease, with his calm and informative way. My adult daughter also goes and feels the same. I went elsewhere when I changed health funds but quickly came back. The whole practice is run with such a caring and professional attitude. Highly recommend them.

Hitesh would be one of the most caring dentists I've ever come across. Am on my second root canal and have had no pain or problems during the procedures. He always asks if you are okay during the sessions and where possible, lets you close your mouth for a 'rest'. I actually now don't mind going to the dentist.

No one LIKES going to the dentist, but these guys make it a comfortable experience. The staff are great and the Dentists are really gentle. I'm a bit sook, but I had some work done recently and the Doctor was considerate and made sure I was comfortable and knew what was happening at each step. I first came here a few years ago after a recommendation from a friend. We moved further away a while ago, but now I make the trip (about 30km from home) to come back because of the treatment and the quality of the work.

I easily booked online as a new customer and I had the clinic call on the day to confirm my appointment. The clinic is lovely and the staff are very pleasant. I had Dr. David Nguyen do my dental check up and I would definitely and highly recommend him. I have being going to totally teeth endeavour hill since it's opening. I've had very bad experience in the past with other dentists but with Dr Doshi it's next level care. Came in originally for a filling that had fallen out. Dr Esther was so kind, patient and gentle. It reassured me enough to finally address my poor dental health. I had Nicholas for my appointment at Totally teeth and would not recommend. He was not friendly and was pushy about me getting x rays, when when did not want to for personal reasons but informed him I may get it in the future. At the end of the appointment I had glasses on my head which I accidentally forgot to take off in which he kind of yelled out 'I told you to take your glasses off!' I just informed the receptionist he was not friendly and won't be seeing him again. Not sure about the other dentists working there but I wouldn't personally want to be in that sort of environment. The ONLY reason I gave two stars and not one is because of the lovely lady at reception, otherwise deserved one star.

I've had a few fillings, a cleaning and a wisdom tooth extraction by Dr. Nicholas Elnazak and I honestly could not be happier with my experience. He has a wonderful persona and always makes me feel calm and rested. He always explains the procedure and answers any and all questions I have. Exceptionally happy with Dr Doshi and his assistant's work on my front two teeth. Dr Doshi explained the problems I had and the steps needed to resolve them. As I have never been to a proper dentist in my 63 years (except for in primary school) I was a bit scared and was unsure what I would look like once the work on the chipped teeth would be done. I am really happy with the outcome and cannot wait to have other issues solved. Very helpful staff. Recommend Dr Doshi to anyone looking for an experienced and helpful Dentist.

I had a great experience here with Vandana who did deep cleaning for my teeth.she’s very gentle and gave good advice on oral health and hygiene. Would definitely recommend to everyone who needs to get a deep clean done.

I've been bringing my two boys here for their checkups the last few years. The dentists make them feel so relaxed. Vandana helped the boys understand their teeth and how to look after them properly. I'd recommend this dental clinic for families.

I’ve been coming here twice a year since before my baby teeth fell out (I’m 25 now), and have them (and my mum) to thank for how well my teeth have turned out. Have definitely picked up how to brush and floss over the years, and it’s great to go to a dentist that has watched me and my teeth grow.

We had the most amazing experience, vandana was so helpful with the children teaching them how to brush their teeth & and gums' diet and how to keep healthy. Childern were engaged with her and taking on board what she was saying. My 3 boys have been coming here for a while now and feel totally comfortable as soon as they enter the doors.

Both my self and my son feel very comfortable with the staff and the place . My son always had fear of going to the dentist but he doesn't any more thanks to vandana she's is great with kids always encouraging him and giving him advice about what to eat and how to brush and that helped alot. All the staff here are exceptional and explain everything in a way that I understand. It was so easy to attend this clinic, from the second I booked in my appointment using an easy online booking system, to the lovely lady at the reception and finally the outstanding dentist Dr. Nicholas Elnazak. I have always had a fear of going to the dentist, but he put my mind at ease, and provided a great plan for my teeth. Thank you so much and it was definitely worth the one hour drive!! I will be back very soon!!

Dr Olivia and the staff at Totally Teeth are beyond kind, patient and caring. I was extremely anxious for my first visit however Dr Olivia really helped calm my nerves and ensure to take the time and communicate clearly all necesarry treatment plans / next steps. She really helped me overcome a fear of attending the dentist and i am so grateful. Great experience overall and would highly recommend the visit!

Amazing service! Dr Doshi is fantastic, very kind and so patient. I've been petrified of going to the dentist after I broke my jaw as a young child. Dr Doshi helped me work through my phobia and I can attend appointments without the stress and fear. I have moved an hour away but I still attend this clinic because they make me feel safe and comfortable. It's worth the drive.

Convenient location with good efficient service, competent, courteous and friendly staff. Been coming here for decades now with my family. The usually see the original dentist and practice owner Dr Doshi. He always takes the time to explain the problem and options you have. On my first visit I liked some of the handy modern features he had compared to the previous dentist I was going to. For example he shows you the closeup photos of the insides of your mouth and the teeth on a large screen which my previous dentist never had. Also since he is accredited with my health fund I end up paying less than what I was before. The receptionist and nurses also makes an effort to fit you in when there are dental emergencies. They have a cheery spacious comfortable waiting area. They are getting busier at times and I see more dental practitioners now employed here. I hope they don’t lose the personalized touch that I have enjoyed and come to value here.

I have been working with Dr. Emily for some time now, she truly is so amazing! She made me feel so comfortable during my wisdom teeth removal surgery and has been nothing but reassuring and helpful when going through the process of straightening out my teeth. Getting aligners done can be quite a daunting experience but she has made the process so much fun with her expertise, outstanding care and attention to detail. I’m getting my dream smile because of her, and i’m so thankful! I highly recommend her friendly and approachable self! The entire team are also lovely, really happy totally teeth are my local dentist :)

Highly recommend, as I came in with a bad toothache everyone was extremely nice and I was seen by a dentist within a few minutes. I needed surgical removal so I was booked in asap with the dental surgeon. The removal went very smoothly with no pain beside the small injection sting, to my great relief, as going to the dentist before was never my favourite thing to do. I will definitely come back and fix some other problems I have been putting off for quite some time. Thanks to the wonderful receptionists the dental assistants and dentists for putting my fears at ease and making it a pleasant experience.

Going to the dentist can feel like a chore but my 6 monthly check ups are always made easy with Dr. Emily. I feel extremely comfortable and like my dental health is a top priority.
